Was it only a paper moon? by the late James Collier and What Happened on the moon? are excellent video that go in depth on the subject.One is posted on Bart Sibrel's website,and the other is on Google Video.Dark Moon is a companion book to the second video.
The Report From Iron Mountain covers the reason for the space race and aliens.Bill Cooper covered it on audio on Google Video and in his Majesty Twelve column.Nasa Mooned America is an entire website on the subject.
