We knew it was coming so prepared as best we knew how, nevertheless, I had a plastic pipe crack outside for my tankless water heater. By the grace of God, a handy friend was able to repair since no plumber was available for a week due to the problems caused by this artic freeze that hit Panama City, Florida, last night. And the forecasts says we will have two more days of the same... Merry Frosty Christmas!
