Hello Cathy
I see you are taking Diatomaceous earth nearly daily since four years. I am curious to know what benefits you see. I have just begun taking it myself.
Of course i have read the testimonials on earthworks.com and other such places, but i would like to hear the unbiased opinion of people who have taken it for a long time.

Erik, I'll post here and email you. It's hard to say specifically the benefits because I've made other healthy changes esp in my diet. For example, I stopped eating almost all processed bread products which has happily resulted in unexpected weight loss. Also had all my amalgam teeth fillings changed out to remove mercury. Overall, I'd say my health is better than ever, still working at 65 years old, living on the beach, walking in the sunshine daily & giving thanks to God each morning :D
