Hurricane Sally

Received this email today:

Hurricane is being controlled by Deep State... using China HAARP.... to break levees in the Louisiana and surrounding states.

[we have had a HAARP array up in Alaska since the 1950's... but the NEW HAARP in Utah is HUGE !!!!!!]

..................  our U.S. Gov. is using our New HAARP in Utah to try and weaken the hurricane..... so far working... downgraded to category one... this morning...

..................... but China is STALLING the hurricane to try and dump as much water as possible to break the levees....

Reason:  .... it is BASICALLY Retaliation for our use of OUR Utah HAARP to cause the flooding over in China....
