The official definition for "chemtrails" is given below in Section 7, "DEFINITIONS", of House Resolution 2977, a bill introduced in the United States' Congress on October 2, 2001. It is important to note that "chemtrails" are an "exotic weapons system", as defined in Section 7, C.

H.R. 2977 was re-written and the revised bill, H.R. 3616, the "Space Preservation Act of 2002", was introduced on January 23, 2002. The word "chemtrails" was deleted from the revised bill as well as any reference to particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasmas, ELF, ULF, or any mind control technologies. Apparently, Congress wants to continue "legally" using chemtrails and other weapons of mass destruction against their constituents and the people of Earth.

Chemtrails should not be confused with the normal contrails that jets leave behind them as they fly high in the sky. Contrails are simply visible trails of water droplets or ice crystals that disappear rather quickly, whereas chemtrails left by jet airplanes do not disappear. Chemtrails can linger in the sky for many hours. Oftentimes jets crisscross the sky with chemtrails that eventually spread out, creating a haze that can partially block the sun. When this occurs one can observe actual weather changes brought about by chemtrails.

Chemtrails have been shown to contain chemical toxins such as aluminum and barium compounds as well as biological materials, such as red blood cells, bacteria, etc. (Visit http://www.carnicom.com/contrails.htm to view evidence.)

Some of the symptoms that people often report from chemtrails are a metallic taste, sinus problems, nose bleeds, hacking cough, asthma symptoms, flu-like symptoms, headaches, dizziness, tiredness, memory problems, difficulty thinking, depression, irritability, meningitis-type symptoms, dry skin, rashes, gastrointestinal stress, and diarrhea.

Eventually, all the chemtrails spread out to create a fairly uniform haze or "chemclouds" that partially block the sun. Sometimes the chemclouds are are so thick that you cannot tell where the sun is at.

Below is a portion of H.R. 2977:

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:

(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or

(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

Beware of Poisons from the Sky

(NaturalNews) There has been a controversy over what has been termed chemtrails from high flying aircraft since the 1990's. The controversy has been over their existence or reality, their content and impact on human and plant health if they are real, their purpose if they are real, and the questions of whom or what group is responsible. Regardless of any conspiratorial controversy and the fact that many are not even aware of chemtrails, the health hazards have been discovered.

Visual Reality Check: Chemtrails vs Contrails

A contrail is a normal occurrence with high altitude aircraft in cold dry air. It is a trail of jet engine exhaust vapors that have become ice particles, forming a very shiny white, narrow trail. This stream dissipates and completely disappears from view shortly. It usually extends no more than 5 to 10 plane lengths behind the aircraft. Contrails' appearance depend on atmospheric conditions, aircraft altitude, and air temperature.



What has been labeled chemtrails are different in appearance and longevity. They may appear from some aircraft while others are not emitting contrails. Although basically white in color, they are not as shiny or brilliant, more of an off white. Sometimes the sunlight passing through them creates different hues. And they appear to be more dense and much longer. They linger long over longer distances, even hours, after the aircraft has passed overhead, usually expanding laterally and becoming much wider than contrails.



So wide in fact that they often merge and become cloud like. If there are enough chemtrails in the sky, the sky becomes hazy. Sometimes these solid chemtrails can be observed slowly falling toward ground level. And this is how air, water, and soil samples for chemical analysis have been collected. Collecting samples at ground levels is impossible with contrails that evaporate at high altitude.



Since the early to mid 1990's in the USA, there have been reports and photographs of unusual chemtrail patterns from various locations throughout the USA and other world wide geographical locations. When official military or government agencies were queried by alert sky watchers, the explanations, if there was even a response, were quite unsatisfactory.



They were usually told that they were seeing contrails and there was no reason for concern. Sometimes they were told they were seeing evidence of Air Force attempts to stem global warming. These unsatisfactory responses led to sincere efforts of individuals to research on their own and network through the Internet.

You may wish to simply Google chemtrails. Or you can use any of the URL's at the bottom of this article to inspect some of the established citizen journalist and researcher sites that have been tracking the chemtrail subject for several years.

Chemtrail Content Analysis from Different Sources

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the USA has rejected offers to analyze chemtrail samples from Dr. Len Horowitz, while in Northern Idaho, and researcher Clifford Carnicom of Santa Fe, NM. But they and concerned citizens in Las Vegas, NV, Mt. Shasta, CA, and Eastern Arkansas, all managed to get independent laboratory analysis done on samples from soil, water, and the air.



The results were similar with all of them and have been reported to compare with other analysis from North American and European locations. Barium, Aluminum Oxide, Titanium, Magnesium, and BannEthylene dibromide (dibromethane) or EDB are the essential elements of the chemtrail.

Aerosol Barium salts were sprayed from planes over Panama, Libya, and during Desert Storm to make people sick and weak. Barium poisoning is worse than lead poisoning. The lungs are affected adversely. Many complaints of colds, flu, even pneumonia occur within a very few days after heavy chemtrail spraying over an area.

Aluminum causes extreme neurological disorders. Dementia, uncontrollable spasms, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's Disease can be caused by long term aluminum exposure. Breathing in those particulates over time is a definite long term hazard.

EDB or dibromethane was banned in the USA years ago from use in all auto and jet fuels. But somehow it is appearing again in samples from chemtrail residue. It is a major component of insecticides, which are nerve poisons. It affects the nervous system especially where breathing is involved. And it is very carcinogenic.

Keep in mind that these are in tiny particulate form, enabling them to be breathed into our lungs as well as settling into soil and water. Concerned citizens in several areas where heavy chemtrailing has occurred have observed a decline in water quality and erosion of plant life. Over the past few years in the USA, lung disorders have leaped from eighth to fourth as a cause of health issue fatalities.

There are even more unusual biological anomalies being discovered in chemtrail residues as well, such as desiccated blood cells which come to life along with bacterial or viral specimens. Keeping Our Eyes Wide Shut

Many concerned independent journalists and researchers are concerned with the possibilities of sinister motives that are being hidden deliberately. Why would government health and environmental protection agencies refuse to get involved with citizens' chemtrail concerns? Why are different reasons from military groups created to placate those concerns?

In September of 2007, a major German TV outlet spread the news of a large chemtrail spraying occurrence and asked questions. The station's report included a weather forecaster who had observed strange clouds forming rapidly without the usual necessary climatic conditions. Under pressure of public scrutiny, the military there conceded that indeed they were spraying aerosol particulates. But they claimed it was only part of a war game to disrupt radar.



This reason was used in the States as well. The military called it spraying chaff to disrupt radar. But the U.S. observer who had complained to them noted that the spraying had been going on in his area for years. So how come air traffic control radar had not been affected?

The major mainstream media in the USA has ignored the chemtrail issues. Other than websites of alternative news, it has been only a few local media outlets in the U. S. that have featured stories and concerns regarding chemtrail issues. Local newspapers in the Mt. Shasta, CA area, Las Vegas, NV, and TV station KLAS in Louisiana have presented concerns regarding the hazardous materials found in chemtrail samples in those areas.

The Health Issue Remains

Despite all other issues of whom and why, which are beyond the scope of this article, the health issues remain. Health problems, especially lung and neurological, are constantly on the rise in all the areas being heavily chemtrailed. Of course, there are other factors and other health issues as well. But most of those can be avoided by not eating processed and genetically modified foods sprayed with insecticides. Not breathing is difficult. Even here in Central Mexico, a doctor once mentioned that pneumonia cases had spiked radically during and after a recent heavy chemtrailing period.



The fact that chemtrials persist and no one or no agency is coming clean is baffling, and cause for concern. Do your own research to educate yourself using the links or URL's below this article as a primer, ignore the debunkers unless you wish to see how absurd they are, and watch the skies while keeping your immune system strong. This involves good supplements, especially those that help remove heavy metals, a low toxin healthy diet, adequate rest, and a positive emotional and spiritual attitude despite all the nonsense and madness in the world. Watching the debates over (and phone taps to my line here) since sending you my email of yesterday, it occurred to me that I should get this last email out to you regarding and expanding upon the reasons for CTs, as well as dealing with issues sure to be discounted by the agents of the ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence, the agency in charge of the Chemtrails Ops.)

Taking each issue in turn might help shed some light upon this problem.

The overall scope and agenda behind Chemtrails (Operation Clover Leaf, Operation Red Sky, Operation Rain Dance, the code names for these ops, BTW) intertwines several overall objectives deemed imperative by the real power in DC, which is the NSA.

It should be noted that most of the intel groups that are involved in domestic control are, in varying degrees, "in the loop" on this business and are actively working with the ONI and NSA in seeing this program succeed.

CHEMTRAILS
This photo was taken while flying from Atlanta to Pensacola yesterday. Jets above us polluted the beautiful blue sky all along the way with one of the "exotic weapons system" defined by the U.S. governement as chemtrails.

These are not CONTRAILS which are simply visible trails of water droplets or ice crystals that disappear rather quickly from a jet airplane. No, these are CHEMTRAILS which are purposely sprayed by jet airplanes and the trail does not disappear but rather spreads, making the sky look white and hazy.

It was interesting to note that the woman next to me, as well as others that I could hear on the plane, were sick and coughing because I believe these disgusting chemtrails not only affect our weather but also make people ill.

"They" have been doing this for years all over the world and many unsuspecting people just think it is normal. It's not. Who is doing this and why? Please tell me!

Got your email wrong so this failed. I didn't know about the Sonoma Chemtrails site so here's another beauty for you which Clifford Carnicom said he wanted to use but did not. This concerned a well publicised military exercise and about 6 weeks later I became ill with a highly debilitating flu. Never had anything like it before. It lasted at least 6 months but I still seem to have a cough. What Clifford had to say was he had never been able to get circular chemtrails like this which demonstrated targeting.

Personally I would not be surprised if I were a victim of weapon testing as 6 weeks later I had no energy for several weeks to even get out and paint my home which was what I was doing at the time.

Just a note to say I have enjoyed reading your site and hope to return. What I wanted to say was nice to find a sis who is switched on. The whole thing gets complicated when you start to get into the Billy Graham thing and to be honest I have spoken to his daughter Ann having listened to her and she seemed real sincere. Guess that's why I put it to others not to put faith in people. What a wicked world we live in.

I found you having you tube searched "Chemtrails x marks the spot" so am sending you a photo I snapped a couple of days ago in not so bonnie Scotland as I sit yet again under a grey chemical sky.

Please feel free to put this photo on your site. The vertical chemtrail is roughly following controlled airspace known as an airway. The horizontal chemtrail just should not be there. The two aircraft passed at exactly the same point and would have collided if at the same altitude. Frankly as this occurred in Class A controlled airspace (unless it was above FL245 - something I need to look into) such should not have occurred and was clearly deliberate.

Given He returns on the clouds I have to submit this was a cross of a different sort. (As well as fake clouds.)

As you know, you are on the right road now but then the truth is that we travel on a journey that was accomplished before we set out.

I was wondering if HAARP or weather tampering could have caused that "unprecidented dry lightning storm" that touched off some 800 fires in California and (according to the news) in the San Francisco bay area, there's 200 fires that are raging out of control and completely unattended.

I understand weather has its dips and spikes and can be sporatic and CA is prone to drought and fires anyway, but could weather tampering have played a part here this time? Granted, we're known to get some pretty bad fires (especially if the forests haven't been thinned out and the underbrush cleared out and we've had drought), but this does seem to be way over the top.

I'm also suspicious of all the flooding in the midwest.

The "wild" fires which occurred in southern California in late October of 2007 --all of them--were intentionally set by government sponsored agents, Whether it was CIA, or Mossad, or military, etc. I don't know, but I do know the fires were set by arsonists and the cover story of "downed power lines" was utterly bogus and fabricated. The fires were started to create the pretext for an "emergency response" and legitimize the event as a "crisis"-which brings federal money--and, in turn, federal control strings. They created the fires in order to justify spending more money for fire fighting equipment, more firefighting planes, more jobs, more emergency response teams, more flood control expansion, more appropriations of a host of "emergency requirements".

Starting fires in areas which have been intentionally dried out by engineered droughts is not new and not just limited to California. A few years back, we had torch jobs in adjoining states in order to accomplish hidden political, black op agendas.

ZS Livingstone wrote a few articles some years ago about the Tesla technology which our manipulators employ to cause the eruption of forest fires by literally hurling lightning balls at chosen locations

If you were to carefully study the incidents of wild fires in California over the past 60 years let's say, you would see that the cluster of fires in the last decade, for example, are all out of statistical proportion to the norm for this area. Why? Because government Black Ops weren't intentionally starting fires in past decades.

Chemtrails work in league with HAARP and special weapon satellites to cause all kinds of weather anomalies, including droughts.

There is no way we would have over 1000 tornadoes, many of them intense and very destructive, in the USA in the span of six months. No way on earth. Look through the weather historical records for the past 100 years and you will see nothing even close to these statistics. These killer tornadoes are being CREATED by government technology, just as the Hurricanes of 2005 were created by the government. The Dec. 2004 Tsunami in the Pacific that killed so many was artificially created, probably by undersea nuclear detonation. The China Sichuan earthquake was artificially created

The torrential rains in the midwest, I believe, are more the work of Sylphs to sabotage the chemtrail poisoning operations and to detoxify the ground of chemtrail pollutants and metals. I'm sure there are other reasons which I'm not aware of, but I agree with ZS Livingstone and others, that it's likely the Sylphs bringing the rain.

It's a Universal Law: For every negative action, there is an equal and OPPOSITE positive reaction.It can't be any other way. The more reckless and destructive they get, the more will be the push-back in the positive direction.

Haven't you notice just how REMARKABLY clear and blue the skies have been of late? The Sylphs are showing up in huge armadas and transmuting chemtrails FASTER than the chem planes can lay down the chemtrails! This isn't happening everywhere, but it's happening in areas that have orgone generators OR people with focused intent to clear up the sky of chemtrails. .I plan to post many photos showing how well the Sylphs are clearing the skies of late. It's almost a miracle.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has asked President George W. Bush to declare a state of emergency as fires continue to burn throughout California.

State fire officials said lightning strikes last weekend sparked 1,000 blazes across Northern California that so far have burned 302 square miles. More lightning storms are expected this weekend.

Schwarzenegger is requesting direct federal assistance. That would include air and ground firefighting crews, debris removal, and help evacuating and sheltering residents and animals.

Fire crews from 41 states have arrived to help California firefighters battle hundreds of blazes that are darkening skies over the Central Valley and San Francisco Bay area, reported KCRA-TV in Sacramento.

Schwarzenegger Won't Order Fireworks Ban

Schwarzenegger on Friday said that he does not plan on ordering a statewide ban of fireworks, reported KCRA-TV.

"Public safety is my top priority, and I want all Californians to enjoy the upcoming Fourth of July holiday, but also to celebrate it safely. I do not plan to order a statewide ban of fireworks, but I do encourage fire-affected counties to take a good look at their resources and take the appropriate steps at the local level, including a fireworks ban if necessary, to protect their communities and prevent any further aggravation of our state's already severe fire situation," Schwarzenegger said in a statement.

Meanwhile, another day of smoke-filled skies prompted advice from air-quality officials that people cancel or postpone outdoor activities.

"We acknowledge cancellation of these programs can be a hardship for all participants, and we appreciate those who have taken the step to put the health of their participants ahead of other considerations during this extended period of unhealthy air quality," Sacramento County Health Officer Glennah Trochet said.

The threat of fire has already led communities across Northern California to nix plans for Fourth of July fireworks displays.

Not long ago, a mainstream article entitled "California Braces for Fire Season" ran in Yahoo! I immediately interpreted it as part of a ploy; a coordinated effort on the part of the global elite. They have an immense passion for playing with words and creating double meanings via the mainstream media, after all.

Shortly afterwards, 800 fires are suddenly burning out of control and choking the air here in N. Calif. Coincidence? I think not. I attempted to confirm my suspicions through internet research, and I managed to find your posted response to an inquiry about the cause. I completely agree that most of these blazes are 100% premeditated, with dry land prepared by HAARP-induced droughts over past "non-rain" season. I keep hearing about dry lightning strikes, although I'm yet to see any. As far as nature goes during summer in the Golden State, it seems irrational that natural dry lightning could possibly have created the current extent of blazes. I anticipate any such phenomenon is created by the HAARP system.

I'm concerned the foul air may persist for weeks. The prevailing winds are not dissipating the smoke. Response to the fires will be deliberately inadequate. Currently, I work in Benecia where the air quality has been made atrocious by the fires. I can't do any physical activity in this area as my lungs and sinuses can't manage well. It's presently better in the South Bay; hopefully I can find some relief there this weekend.

My name is Keith Howe and I live in San Jose. I read the article on Weather Tampering and California "Wild" Fires and agree that these fires are being set. They are strategically spaced to ensure that the smoke from them covers as large a population as possible. I also believe that toxic chemicals, in addition to, or in lieu of flame retardants, are being dumped on the fires. This has the same effect as a chemical bomb, but few people would suspect that anyone would do something so “horrific”.

The chemicals become more toxic when burned and remain airborne much longer when attached to the smoke particles, thus increasing its deadly effectiveness. They did this last year also with fires igniting within 40 minutes of each other, one near Sacramento and one near San Jose. The William Henry Coe Fire , I believe. There was also seismic activity in the 2.0 range at that time, as I checked the USGS to see if the mushroom cloud coincided with seismic activity. Furthermore, the seismic activity was rectangular as occurs with an undergound detonation as opposed to a slow increasing, spike followed by a similar decline.

There was also a mushroom cloud that rose up out of the smoke on about the third day which I videotaped. I suspect that was an undergorund nuke set off by Lawrence livermore labs as I pointed it out to observers and asked them what they see and they respond ‘it looks like a bomb went off’. Very clever way to murder populations while they actually think they are being helped.

When the Bonnie Dune fire in the Santa Cruz mountains was burning, I noticed what looked like a small gasoline truck headed in the general direction of Moffett Federal Airbase. It was marked “Evergreen Environmental Services” on the truck, so I did a google search and found it to be a toxic waste disposal company!

Later that evening I saw on TV news a fenced in area where various helicopters were landing to reload with “flame retardants” to allegedly fight the fire with. There were several of the same looking tankers in that fenced in area with the helicopters. Just seems like another method of genocide being used. Also probably clearing humans off the land for Agenda 21.

Another tactic being used is C130 transports flying 3-4 circles at very low altitude while they dump thousands of gallons of whatever out the engines before they land at Moffett Airfield. If it is JP8 fuel, it is full of ethylene dibromide, a banned pesticide and extreme carcinogen. It could be just about anything, and should be stopped immediately.

Also the bogus West Nile Virus spraying and light Brown Apple moth are excuses for human experimentation (HR1119, section 1078, at:

There are two verses in Isaiah referring to the Latter days “when towers falling, terrorism, and “THE DAY OF THE GREAT SLAUGHTER” are referred to. It appears the Twin Towers are the reference point in time, and this is “The Day of Great Slaughter”.

The physics and engineering behind electromagnetic disease transmission are frightening. Chemtrails are being sprayed daily all over USA (and other countries too) in a white crisscross pattern. They contain diseases and chemicals which affect our state of consciousness. They can produce apathy which works in conjuction with fluoridation of the water, as well as aspartame and drugs. Fluoride disables the willpower section of the brain, impairing the left occipital lobe.

Fluoride and selenium enable people to 'hear voices'. ELF waves create disturbances in the biological processes of the body and these can be activated in the population once the diseases are introduced into the body from the chemtrails.

Some chemtrails have been analyzed and shown to be creating cleavages in spacial perceptions, blocking the interaction of various amino-acids that relate to higher-consciousness and to increase dopamine in the brain producing a listless, spaced-out state of lower reactive mind.

Basically, the goal is to fog the difference between the real and unreal and some of this could be connected with the many UFO abductions occurring en-mass. Hundreds have been witnessed laid out on tables and implanted. Intelligence agencies are in league with each other behind this disablement of the masses to such a point that they can't even fight back. In order for the perpetrators to do what they want, they need the overall 'frequency' of each victim to function at a specific rate below the threshold of awareness.

Could this be part of a greater plan with mind-control transmitters covering the whole of USA and England, cleverly disguised as cell phone towers and trees? The power from microwave towers may be turned up to such a level that people can die.

A brain functioning at beta-level (above 13 Hz) is agitated and can't change its perceptions, if it is artificially maintained by technology to that frequency. This may increase body electricity in others, giving them psychic powers. Is this linked to the New-Agers claim of a rising 12-14 Hz Schumann Resonance, inching us towards the 4th dimension? Stimulants ingested globally from caffeine genetically-modified plants, may also produce an impact on the 'global-brain' in the ionosphere collecting our brainwaves. New-age channellers say we are going into 4th dimensional frequency. They 'heard' the voice of some 'ET' who told them.

However, some 'ETs' may be local boys. Voices in the head were produced in prisoners in Utah prisons using Tesla technology. Each of the prisoners received the same message from an 'ET'. Today, it seems, it's easy to produce 'voices in the head' without implants.

A prisoner called David Fratus in Draper Prison, Utah in 1988 wrote:

"I began to receive, or hear, high-frequency tones in my ears. When I plug my ears..the tones are still inside and become amplified. It's as if they had become electrified echo chambers with the sounds coming from the inside out..I began to hear voices..into my inner ears as vivid as though I were listening to a set of stereo headphones..with the end result being that I am now having my brain monitored by an omnipotent computerized mind reading or scanning machine of some sort "

Hundreds of inmates at the Gunnison Facility of the Utah State Prison, and the State Hospital were subject to this brand of mind-control in order to test it. In the early 1970s, this was brought out in the Utah U.S. District Court, because inmates who had been subjected to this Tesla-wave mind-control in prison had tried unsuccessfully to fight back in court. The University of Utah researched how Tesla-waves could be used to manipulate the mind into hearing voices, overriding and implanting thoughts into the mind, and reading the thoughts, as well as developing eye-implants.

Vapor trails or condensation trails are composed of water vapor that dissipates and disappears rapidly.

The whole thing is outrageous as most are oblivious to the danger of contrails. The media doesn't talk about them, nor do they talk about HAARP, nor about mind control.

The American Association for Aerosol Research Conference Provides More Clues About Chemtrail/Geoengineering Programs

Could the agenda behind chemtrail/geoengineering programs be more than what geoengineers are admitting?
As awareness of these damaging programs increases around the world, theories about them include weather control, population control, morgellons disease, food control, etc. On October 3-7, 2011, scientists from around the world gathered in Orlando, Florida for the American Association for Aerosol Research (AAAR) conference.

The lectures at this conference included; “Air Quality Modeling”, “Health Disparities”, “Ambient Air Particle Pollution”, and an area of particular interest to many who are aware of the chemtrail/geoengineering issue, “Aerosols, Clouds and Precipitation”.
 
While geoengineering was not the main focus of the event, some of the lectures provided vital clues as to what some of the true agendas of these damaging programs might be.



As was exposed in the groundbreaking documentary, “What in the World Are They Spraying?”, Geoengineer’s models include spraying 10 to 20 million tons of toxic aluminum oxide and other aerosols into our atmosphere for the stated goal of cooling the planet.

While geoengineers insist that their models are to cool the planet, studies suggest that adding aerosols into our atmosphere can create a temporary regional cooling at the cost of an overall warming of the planet as the aerosols create a blanket and trap heat.

These studies contradict the very premise of geoengineering which leads many to ask the question, what are the true reasons for these programs?

Geoengineers also insist that these programs are only in the developmental stages however, mounting evidence suggests on-going deployment as we continue to see dramatic changes in our skies, our weather and the amount of aluminum and other aerosols in our atmosphere.

“Aerosols, Clouds and Precipitation Interactions: Anthropogenic and Natural Effects”, was one of the lectures that discussed how aerosols in our atmosphere can affect weather. The lecture covered the role of aerosols in cloud and precipitation formation.

The first part of the lecture discussed the brightening of clouds associated with increases in aerosols that serve as cloud condensations nuclei. This appears to be directly related to chemtrail/geoengineering programs because, the lecture discussed how different aerosols will distribute cloud water among smaller droplets and more effectively reflect solar radiation.

Also discussed was the fact that increases in atmospheric aerosols will lead to the increase of cloud lifetime, the reduction of precipitation efficiency and the removal of cloud water.

From this lecture and many other well documented studies, we know that putting certain aerosols into our atmosphere will not only reflect the sun but also affect a cloud’s ability to produce rain and thus the increase and decrease of rain fall in certain regions.

Dr. Hui Su of NASA, a participant at the Aerosol and Precipitation Symposium, was asked if she has noticed a considerable increase in stratospheric aerosols. She replied by stating that she has noticed a significant increase but has not measured the composition of the aerosols.

This observation was also noted in a recent study by the National Ocean Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). While both have failed to acknowledge the source and composition of these particles, evidence points towards ongoing stratospheric aerosol geoengineering programs.

Dr. Su went on to say that putting aerosols in the stratosphere impacts temperatures, water vapor and clouds leading to droughts and other negative consequences to our atmosphere including ozone depletion.

When asked about the idea of adding aerosols into the atmosphere from geoengineering programs, she stated the idea is “scary” and concurred that it could give governments and corporations the ability to corporatize and thus control our weather.

At the AAAS meeting in 2010, geoengineers boasted about their ability to heat up over 400 square miles of our atmosphere. According to aerospace expert Mark McCandlish, heating up parts of the atmosphere can create artificial high pressure and low pressures systems and thus give these entities the ability to steer storms.
In order to heat up the atmosphere, a conductor is needed. While aluminum is not a great conductor in wire, it is a very effective conductor in the sky because of its light weight and other properties.

Perhaps this is why we continue to see increasing amounts of lightning along with increases of aluminum in rain tests around the world.

Who benefits from weather modification and weather control programs? Weather began to be traded as a tradable commodity at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1997. Interestingly enough, this is when many believe chemtrail/geoengineering programs began their full-scale deployment. Major commodities are directly affected by weather and temperatures.

Predicting these trends could be very profitable to certain individuals who have the ability to control or manipulate our weather. Also, as discussed in Introduction to Weather Derivatives, there has been a recent birth of another new market, catastrophe options.

According to Chicago Mercantile Exchange Trader Michael Agne, when investing in these types of derivative options, corporations in the energy and insurance business would stand to make profits from certain catastrophes, however it should be noted that these derivatives would most likely be used as a hedge to their existing business risks and any gains would be used to offset insurance payouts or other types of inherent risk.
At least that is the intent of most futures derivative contracts, to hedge certain types of risk. However, this does not rule out the plausibility of excess gains above and beyond the offsetting of potential inherent business risks.

He went on to state that it is most likely possible that certain groups would be able to amass capital gains through the use of these derivatives.

While the idea of corporations chasing profit at the expense of the general public is nothing new, it seems to indicate an even broader agenda to chemtrail/geoengineering programs.

As we see the corporate take-over of our land, water and other natural resources, is it possible that they also intend to take over the world’s weather? While weather modification has been used to create rain in specific areas for years, weather control seeks to usurp the authority of nature and completely control the Earth’s weather systems.

As a matter of fact, corporatization/control of our weather has long been a stated goal of the U.S. corporate military as discussed in “Owning the Weather in 2025”.

Iran’s controversial president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated that Western countries were using technology to suppress rain from his country and other parts of the world to create drought.

Why would governments be interested in creating droughts in other parts of the world? If we examine the goals of the corporate elite who have stated that their agenda is to consolidate power into the hands of a few by creating world government, we begin to see how weather control is essential in bringing this agenda to fruition.

Weather control can be used as a weapon as it gives certain governments the ability to create drought and famine in other regions. This can destroy a countries ability to grow food and thus remain sovereign and independent. When a country is desperate for food, it will allow other governments to impose their rule and authority upon it in exchange for rain and other resources.

This is the basis of the Hegelian dialectic, problem-reaction- solution. The problem is little or no rain, the reaction is starvation and desperation, the solution is given by the entity that has the ability to send rain and/or GMO seeds that grow in drought conditions.

Geoengineering has the potential to not only be an effective weapon of war, but it can also give corporations, certain governments and, as stated by Geoengineer David Keith, “give(s) man God-like power.”

While geoengineers continue to claim that their damaging programs are designed to save the planet from global warming, overwhelming evidence points towards the consolidation of power into the hands of a few by controlling natural systems and resources.

As we continue to see an increase of aluminum related illnesses and eco-systems around the world collapse, we need to ask the question, is allowing man to have God-Like power a good idea? We also need to ask if we are willing to suffer the consequences of continuing to live in on a planet where every breath that we take is filled with aluminum oxide and other damaging particles.

It is incumbent for those of us who are aware of this issue to take a stand and demand our God given right to live in a natural, healthy environment.

   Interesting stuff, Michael. You’re making me think now that it originally comes from European banking families and their eugenicist academics, then the day to day management is done by weather derivatives market participants who work with our military. That would be the classic good old boy network, wouldn’t it? If this is true, then our military probably has guys working as liaisons to the weather derivative markets. All paid for by the American people digging their own graves.

   I’ve written so many letters with no response. EPA,DNR,Politicians etc. Finally I got a letter back from my useless congressman Doc Hastings. As expected he listed all the usual corrupted agencies, NASA,EPA,NOAA,FAA,saying these agencies “have found there is no scientific evidence that chemtrails exist” (yeah I know the word is taboo)
   However you do get the same non-response if you call them by their Christian name: “Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering” and Con. Hastings knows this.
   He sent me a link to an EPA document he said they supposedly published “in response to all the inquiries.” The document however is dated September2000 before chemtrails evolved to the destruction I’ve photographed.    there are photos and diagrams in color even…oh wow. The usual bs about water vapor etc. (So why didn’t the EPA at least reply by email and send this link?)
   I don’t know what else to do. No one answers or seems to care. My NW state must be in one of the cold areas mentioned. (weather never settled and nights were 38-40 degrees off and on all summer) Commercial farms were a month late on most everything. Everyone I asked said their vegetable gardens have been getting sicker every year for the last 8 years or so. Progressively worse. I’ve printed up pdf files from online, scientific, military etc, not simply opinion, included photos, and copy of the movie to make a good report in a bound notebook and sent that off to Congress. NO REPLY.

   This article is clear, concise, and makes several logical links to the dual benefits that the PTP see as ‘beneficial to them’.
   I had previously read about the ‘Weather Derivatives’ trading tranche, some years ago, but had in fact forgotten about this element of the scheme. I appreciate the reminder, Micheal J. Murphy.
   The Pinal Airpark, in Pinal County, Arizona, houses a few (hundred) of these aircraft, courtesy of ‘Evergreen International’, ‘Aviation division’. Their primary bragging rights are that they convert aircraft into aerial spraying platforms, their most recent being the conversion of the 747-200 series into an aerial spray platform (this info is on their homepage website). THEY were also the private aviation firm responsible for shuttling the senators and Congressmen and President into occupied Iraq, after the ‘Mission Accomplished’ thingie.
   MOST of these aircraft are twin-engine (at the tail), painted WHITE (with no markings), and, i believe, contracted by the CIA (as Evergreen has a long history of doing, ever since 1978 or perhaps prior, starting with the ‘Air America’ black operations program). Old L10-11′s, D.C.10s, D.C. 9s, and the like, are most frequently observed over my ‘airspace’.
   (At LEAST, this is the primary progenitor within the 48-state CONUS)
   You will have to do your own research, and come to your own conclusions, regarding my highly-educated opinion on this matter.

     One of the more recent BUG vids had Mr (unincorporated) Owens and his travelling companion explain, with conviction, the real reason for aerial aerosols: to mediate (or promulgate) glacial melting due to the lack of the ozone layer burnt from nuclear fallout. I’m not clear on the motivation (to speed or slow melting) or science, so if Bob Tuskin can ask Scott to further explain….

   Not only does the article lie by omission, the comments are lies or idiots. The chemtrails are hiding Planet X and thats why theyve sprayed every day globally for the past four years. Planet X is causing the exponential rise in seismic and volcanic activity and is why the treasonous governments have been building underground cities like mad since they announced they found Planet X in 1983.
