Subject: Billy Graham being a Mason.

You wrote that Mr. Graham is a high ranking Freemason. I e-mailed his web site and he denied ever having anything to do with Freemasonry. So one of you is not being truthful in this matter. What proof do you have that he is a Mason? Thank you for your time.

Dear Frank:

Get my video, Tower of Infamy, and books Codex Magica and Billy Graham & His Friends (

You did not hear from Billy Graham. You heard from a low-level flunkey at his "ministry." They are trained, perhaps unwittingly, to lie and conceal and have for years. I recall the many years when the Graham people vigorously denied he cooperated with the Catholic Church. What deceivers they are!

Dr. Robert Morey, Christian author, was told by the Librarian of the House of the Temple that "Billy Graham" is a member.

Billy Graham was present in June 1966 at the ritual ceremonies for the 33rd degree, at the House of the Temple, Washington, D.C., at which the candidates bowed before a black granite altar, with the images of two phoenix serpents on the wall behind. The candidates for the 33rd degree drank wine from a human skull.

Mr. Jim Shaw was one of those candidates in June 1966 and said Billy Graham, Robert Schuler, and Norman Vincent Peale were all there. Later, Mr. Shaw became a Christian, renounced the Masonic Lodge, and wrote a book exposing the Lodge, The Deadly Deception.

In Graham's own autobiography, he lauds and praises Masonry and mentions his many friends who are Masons.

On the back cover of the Masonic book, The Clergy and The Craft, Billy Graham is quoted praising and recommending the Lodge's Jacques De Molay youth organization. (Jacques De Molay was a homosexual and worshipper of Baphomet, the devil goat god.)

How can you say Jacques DeMolay was a homosexual and a worshiper of false idols? Remember, he was being tortured at the hands of the CHRISTIAN church for a confession.

it is easy to slight a group without examining onesself, but before you re-write history makes sure you do the research.

Thanks for writing, masonic traveler.

My post is quoting Texe Marrs ( who made the comment about DeMolay in an email, but my research comes up with the same info:

But more importantly, are you sure you are traveling on the right road? You sound like a truth-seeker who doesn't want to be decieved.

Jesus said the truth will set us free. He also said that He was the Truth. You see, God so loved the world and you, masonic traveler, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth on him will not perish but have eternal life. Put your faith in Jesus Christ who shed his blood for your sin to give you hope for eternal life.
I appreciate the remarks and the concern for my salvation, both of which I am very well at ease with. Something I wanted to point out is the reference to Jim Shaw. You list his book above as if it holds certain truths as absolute. So you know, his book “Deadly Deception” was a lie. Made up by a man who had an axe to grind about Freemasonry. Have a read about it here:

Also, I would caution you on using Conspiracy theory websites as fact. They may sound inviting and alluring in what they say, but seldom is the truth in the pudding.

Just in my own analysis, do you think Jesus would get his info from a conspiracy theorist?

Interesting that you have a blog dedicated to Freemasonry, Greg.

My main concern is for those who are Christians and involved with this organization because if you know the history about Albert Pike, he plainly says Freemasonry is luciferian or the worship of satan.

Here is another quote by Pike: "Masonry, like all the Religions, all the Mysteries, Hermeticism and Alchemy, conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages, or the Elect, and uses false explanations and misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve only to be misled; to conceal the Truth, which it calls Light, from them, and to draw them away from it." (Albert Pike, "Morals and Dogma," page 104)

Can this be good??

I believe Freemasonry is linked to the occult:

Here is some interesting reading about the Masonic Foundations of the United States:

Like you, I want the TRUTH, I don't want to be deceived nor do I want to deceive anyone and I realize there is a lot of disinformation out there, but I have read enough to sound major alarms in my mind regarding Freemasonry.

I close with Psalm 119:104,105
"Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."

Pike also uses racial epitaphs, but do I assume he is right on that one too? Pike wrote a lot about Masonry but was only one person with his one opinion.

He does not speak for Freemasonry. As an aside, the question of Pike and "Lucifer" isn't about the Satan, as you wish to believe. Instead it is in reference to the morning star, which in ancient times was very common. Looking further into the Lucifer connection in the bible, it is only used sparingly, an in a mixed context, but not in a way declaring Satan as Lucifer. In fact, Lucifer isn't even in the bible, or at least in the NIV I am searching. Not until you get to the KJV do you find it in Isaiah 14:11-13, and its still translated in the context of a morning star.

If you know anything about Pike, he was a student of ancient cultures, language, and tradition. But then, I'm sure that is not enough information for you. When you have a chance, take a look at Morals and Dogma , put it into context, not just in verses.

But in your perspective, any practice not within your orthodoxy would be considered occult, whether Freemasonry, Judaism, Islam, Hermeticism, Gnosticism, or any other unorthodox education. There are many detractors out in the wilderness who like to proclaim something as sinister and evil, but their foundation is soft and without merit.

And since you gave me a verse, let me give one to you.

Luke 6:37
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

But then I guess none of the conspiracy sites say anything about that. This one is a direct quote from Jesus, not someone who proclaims to be speaking FOR Jesus.

Well, Greg, time will tell who is right regarding Freemasonry, so until then, we can agree to disagree.

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
