"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14 ____ "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Repent
The Gospel message is simple and begins with one word: Repent.
Repent means to be sorry or have regret.
All of us have sinned and the payment of sin is death. BUT... the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
God showed his love toward us that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
TODAY if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved - whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. This is the Gospel message, the good news.
