Dear Watchmen,
California has been "contact tracing" its citizens for some time to determine who has COVID-19, or has been in contact with someone who has it or may have had it. The Ventura County Health Dept. in California has just announced that trained investigators will now be going into homes and forcibly removing persons who are sharing a bathroom with another person suspected of having COVID-19. The Ventura County official in the video (linked below) said that other counties in California and other states in the U.S. will be implementing this unconstitutional program.

This program is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Pray for our children and families and protect your own children! Learn whether this unconstitutional surveillance, search and seizure program is being or will be implemented in your state. Write/call your State officials, inform others and protest this violation of your constitutional right to be secure in your own home.

Facebook has censored and restricted the Watch Unto Prayeraccount for a recent posting of California's Ventura County program of contact tracing and removing people from their homes to "safe places," ostensibly to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Damage control denied the forced relocation of persons with Covid-19, their families and those which whom they have contact which the Director of Public Health, Robert Levin, clearly stated:
“When we find someone with a COVID infection, people are immediately isolated.”
“We will find every one of their contacts, and we will make sure that they stay quarantined, and we’ll check in with them every day.”
“If they live in a home where there’s only one bathroom and there are three or four other people living there...We are not going to be able to keep that person in the home … So we'll be moving people like this to other kinds of housing.”
Following the Ventura County announcement came the disclosure of a directive by Oregon's Dept. of Human Services that caseworkers and supervisors will remove children of caregivers who test positive for Covid-19.
Directive from Oregon Office of Child Welfare Programs:
"Effective 4/22/20, if in the course of an assessment a caseworker or supervisor makes the determination that a child will enter substitute care because their caregiver is infected with COVID-19, the caseworker or supervisor will need to select a newly created case note value for tracking these specific entries."
The Associated Press cited the DHS press secretary who denied that Oregon will be forcibly removing children from parents with Covid, stating that removal would be voluntary and by request. The AP also defended WHO Executive Director, Michael Ryan, who clearly stated, "we need to go and look in families to find those people who may be sick and remove them and isolate them in a safe and dignified manner.”
These denials are disturbing in light of reports that Child Welfare Programs have been found to be involved in child trafficking:

"A report looking into child sex trafficking and the child welfare system, conducted by the Department of Children and Families in Connecticut, found that of 88 children rescued from child sex trafficking in the state, 86 of were involved with child protection services before being exploited. An investigation led by the state of New York also discovered that nearly 85% of child trafficking victims had previously been involved with child welfare services."
My research has led to the discovery that many trusted institutions are fronts for child trafficking. This includes Facebook which was suspect after a survey of user opinions on pedophilia.

H.R.6666 - COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act
HR 6666 (numbered to induce panic) was introduced to the 116th Congress on Beltane / May 1, 2019. The legislation requests grants to recruit people to go door to door, invading private domiciles if one is suspected of having Covid 19 'virus'. Status: Referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
These events should not cause us to fear, for our citizenship is not in this world.
