Breaking update: Acting DNI Richard Grenell declassified the list of Obama officials involved in the unmasking of General Mike Flynn in his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
Grenell was seen delivering a satchel of documents to the DOJ last week and according to ABC, he also discussed the list of Obama officials involved in unmasking Flynn.
The names of the officials who were involved in unmasking General Flynn in his calls to Kislyak have not been released to the public yet.
Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has sought to declassify a list of former Obama administration officials who were allegedly involved in the so-called “unmasking” of former national security adviser Michael Flynn in his conversations with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition, a senior U.S. official tells ABC News.
Grenell, who remains the U.S. ambassador to Germany along with being the acting DNI, visited the Justice Department last week to discuss the declassification of the list, according to the official.
Recall, General Flynn’s December 2016 phone calls with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were intercepted and Flynn was illegally unmasked — after Flynn’s identity was revealed, the transcripts of his phone calls were then leaked to the Washington Post.
Flynn’s leaked calls were published by WaPo’s David Ignatius on January 12, 2017 which led to Flynn being fired as National Security Advisor in February of 2017.
Obama’s former NatSec advisor Susan Rice was forced to acknowledge she unmasked Trump’s senior advisors during the transition period, however she maintained it was not politically motivated.
According to previous reports by John Solomon, Obama’s Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power also unmasked hundreds of Americans in Obama’s last year in office.
In fact, Samantha Power sought to unmask Americans on a near daily basis.
Congressman Nunes has been on the front lines accusing the criminal Obama administration of illegally unmasking Trump’s transition team and it looks like we may soon find out who targeted Flynn!

Dear Watchmen,
California has been "contact tracing" its citizens for some time to determine who has COVID-19, or has been in contact with someone who has it or may have had it. The Ventura County Health Dept. in California has just announced that trained investigators will now be going into homes and forcibly removing persons who are sharing a bathroom with another person suspected of having COVID-19. The Ventura County official in the video (linked below) said that other counties in California and other states in the U.S. will be implementing this unconstitutional program.

This program is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Dear Watchmen,
Facebook has censored and restricted the Watch Unto Prayeraccount for a recent posting of California's Ventura County program of contact tracing and removing people from their homes to "safe places," ostensibly to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Damage control denied the forced relocation of persons with Covid-19, their families and those which whom they have contact which the Director of Public Health, Robert Levin, clearly stated:
“When we find someone with a COVID infection, people are immediately isolated.”
“We will find every one of their contacts, and we will make sure that they stay quarantined, and we’ll check in with them every day.”
“If they live in a home where there’s only one bathroom and there are three or four other people living there...We are not going to be able to keep that person in the home … So we'll be moving people like this to other kinds of housing.”
Following the Ventura County announcement came the disclosure of a directive by Oregon's Dept. of Human Services that caseworkers and supervisors will remove children of caregivers who test positive for Covid-19.
Directive from Oregon Office of Child Welfare Programs:
"Effective 4/22/20, if in the course of an assessment a caseworker or supervisor makes the determination that a child will enter substitute care because their caregiver is infected with COVID-19, the caseworker or supervisor will need to select a newly created case note value for tracking these specific entries."
The Associated Press cited the DHS press secretary who denied that Oregon will be forcibly removing children from parents with Covid, stating that removal would be voluntary and by request. The AP also defended WHO Executive Director, Michael Ryan, who clearly stated, "we need to go and look in families to find those people who may be sick and remove them and isolate them in a safe and dignified manner.”
These denials are disturbing in light of reports that Child Welfare Programs have been found to be involved in child trafficking:

"A report looking into child sex trafficking and the child welfare system, conducted by the Department of Children and Families in Connecticut, found that of 88 children rescued from child sex trafficking in the state, 86 of were involved with child protection services before being exploited. An investigation led by the state of New York also discovered that nearly 85% of child trafficking victims had previously been involved with child welfare services."
My research has led to the discovery that many trusted institutions are fronts for child trafficking. This includes Facebook which was suspect after a survey of user opinions on pedophilia.

Everything happening now is playbook.

Thanks for this. You know, right before I met you, I had been a missionary praying for God to expose any lies I was believing. He opened my eyes BIG TIME to many deceptions all around me. When I attempted to discuss any of this with friends or leaders, I was shut down. Stunned by my findings, I left the mission field & my organization, praying for the Lord to show me whether or not I was seeing truth. The next day, I met you and what you said gave me confirmation and peace. The Lord Jesus Christ is faithful and He is waking up the Bride!

Fever-reading drones just first of a wave of privacy challenges, civil liberties advocates say

The drones are just one example of what some civil rights advocates fear could be a looming wave of intrusive technology and constitutionally questionable measures pushed by governments – from local to state to federal – under the mission of protecting a fearful community.

MIAMI — Last month, police departments in Daytona Beach, Fla., and Connecticut unveiled what was initially touted as a potential new tool against a pandemic: drones capable of taking a person’s temperature from 300 feet in the air.
Both agencies quickly backtracked on using the machines to track the novel coronavirus after backlash from civil liberty groups warning about the implications of a “Big Doctor” in the sky singling out people simply for running a fever, when it might be nothing more than a more common and less deadly flu.
They raised other concerns as well: Are cops supposed to be monitoring health information that is private under federal law? Are drone readings, even with sophisticated infrared sensors, a trustworthy way to protect public health without violating individual rights?
“It collects data and information on everybody without guaranteeing it’s accurate,” said Kara Gross, legislative director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida. “Not only that, the other people around the person may have COVID. So the information could be bad and inaccurate.”
The drones are just one example of what some civil rights advocates fear could be a looming wave of intrusive technology and constitutionally questionable measures pushed by governments – from local to state to federal – under the mission of protecting a fearful community.
Already, they point out, thermal cameras have been installed at the criminal courthouse in Miami; governors in Massachusetts and Alabama have signed executive orders telling local health agencies to give first responders the addresses of anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Google and Apple are working on cellphone applications that could inform someone on the other end of a call that they’re speaking with a virus carrier.
It seems unlikely to go that far in the United States, where President Donald Trump is pressing to reopen the economy. But Gross, for one, pointed to 2001, when less than two months after terrorists struck New York City and Washington, D.C., Congress enacted the Patriot Act, which greatly expanded the nation’s surveillance laws, while reducing checks and balances like judicial oversight – despite a litany of concerns raised about an erosion of civil rights.
“We need to be very careful given our past history,” Gross said.
The initial pandemic protections from government, for the most part, have been rolled out as temporary measures – like stay-home and social distancing orders – under guidance from public health authorities. Many of them, polls show, have broad public support, particularly in cities that have become virus hot zones – though there has been pushback in some places, most notably Michigan, where protesters, some armed with high-powered rifles, swarmed the Capitol in opposition of a statewide shutdown.
And constitutional experts say, courts have historically sided with governments in the early stages of emergencies and health crises, and have been receptive to arguments that there is a compelling interest for governments to quash some privacy laws for the betterment of society. Over time, they say, the compelling interest will fade. But in the first months, the closing down of businesses and curfews and stay-at-home orders are likely to remain in place without much pushback from the courts.
But in March, governors in Massachusetts and Alabama pushed the privacy boundaries further, endorsing measures demanding that local boards of health release the addresses of contagion cases to first responders.
Monica Bharel, commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, defended the measures, saying the disclosures would only be used during 911 calls and that the information would be discarded after the state’s emergency declaration came to an end.
It’s “to ensure effective and continued operation of public health and safety services,” she told the local news website Patch.
But Caleb Kruckenberg, an attorney with the conservative Washington, D.C., nonprofit government watchdog group New Civil Liberties Alliance, said both states’ orders were obvious violations of federal privacy laws.
“It seems kind of intrusive. It’s private health information that is going to be shared and stored. It’s sort of like what’s happening in China,” Kruckenberg said. “I’m worried they’re going to say things like stay home. Or you have to stay home or you’re subject to arrest.”
During the first week of April, Daytona Beach Police invited the media to the unveiling of a quartet of drones purchased through a combination of confiscated and federal money. One of those drones, Sgt Tim Ehrenfauker told the Daytona Beach News-Journal, had the ability to fly within a few hundred feet of someone in a crowd and detect that person’s temperature.
“If I zoom in on a crowd of people and somebody in there had a ... everybody was 98.6 degrees, or whatever the new normal is 97, and somebody has a 102 fever, he would be red in a crowd of orange people,” Ehrenfauker told the paper.
Two weeks later, police in Westport, Connecticut, a community hit hard by the virus that is a short distance from the pandemic epicenter in New York City, unveiled the same initiative.
But after public backlash, Westport police killed the plan before it was activated. And police in Daytona Beach clarified that the technology hasn’t been used to seek out random fevers in public spaces. Daytona Beach Police spokesman Messod Bendayon conceded the drone had been used but not to search public spaces for random fevers. South Florida law enforcement agencies contacted by the Miami Herald say they have no plans to use similar technology for COVID-19 monitoring.
“When we use the drone, obviously, the infrared is on,” Bendayon said. “It can read people’s temperatures. But using it for that purpose, no.”
Within two weeks of the plan announced in Daytona Beach, New Civil Liberties Alliance attorneys sent a four-page letter to Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri and the city’s attorney, threatening a lawsuit.
“Your department’s use of drones to conduct mass surveillance of people’s temperatures with the express purpose of discerning whether they may have a virus is plainly unconstitutional,” Kruckenberg and fellow attorney Mark Chenoweth said. “NCLA therefore urges the department to immediately suspend use of such drones.”
Westport grounded its plan after concerns were raised by the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut, which described it as an example of “privacy-invading companies using COVID-19 as a chance to market their products and create future business opportunities,” according to the Hartford Courant.
“Any new surveillance measure that isn’t being advocated for by public health professionals and restricted solely for public health use should be promptly rejected, and we are naturally skeptical of towns announcing these kinds of partnerships without information about who is operating the drones, what data they will collect, or how, or if that data will be stored, shared, or sold,” David McGuire, executive director of the ACLU of Connecticut, told the Courant.
Draganfly, the Canadian company that built the drone, offered literature that said the technology could also take heart and respiratory rates, find people sneezing and coughing in crowds and detect “infectious conditions from a distance of 190 feet.”
Gross, of Florida’s ACLU, called the drones an example of over-reach by policing agencies and expressed concern that private companies looking to turn a profit may keep pushing technologies that would allow governments to more easily monitor citizens for a host of reasons. She warned that more oversight would likely be necessary in the near future to push back on privacy challenges from private firms and federal and local governments.
“It not only invades someone’s privacy. We have no idea how that information will be used,” she said. “The answer is not to just throw drones up in the sky and collect information on everyone. We need to be extremely careful that any efforts to expand the government’s authority and the checks and balances are not an over-reach.”

Kansas City Now Allows Religious Gatherings, But Requires 'Records of All Attendees'

Churches in Kansas City, Missouri, that reopen for in-person services are required to make a list of everyone who attends, according to new city rules that were denounced by Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel.
“In-person religious gatherings (including weddings and funerals) may resume, subject to the 10/10/10 rule (if held inside) or limited to 50 people outside, provided social distancing precautions are followed and event organizers maintain records of all attendees, according to the city’s website.
The site then explains the rule.
“The 10/10/10 rule specifies that these businesses must limit the number of individuals on-site (inclusive of employees and customers) to no more than 10 percent of building occupancy or 10 people (whichever is larger), and record the names, contact information, and approximate entry/exit time of all customers who are on premises for more than 10 minutes,” the site stated.
The site further addresses the issue of taking attendance.
“One of the primary means for transmission of COVID-19 is in-person interactions that last more than a few minutes. By recording customer names, businesses will enable the Kansas City Health Department to more quickly trace, test, and isolate individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19 if an employee or customer had the virus at the time they frequented the business. All data obtained by the Department of Public Health will remain confidential and will be used only to address public health concerns and contact individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19,” the site stated.
The site stated any group breaking the rules will be punished.
“Violations of any provision of this Order constitutes an imminent threat, creates an immediate menace to public health, and shall be considered a violation of Section 50-155 of the City’s Code of Ordinances,” it said.
Staver, a religious rights advocate, erupted at the new rules in a post on Liberty Counsel’s website.

“I am running out of adjectives to describe how completely insane the tyrannical abuses launched by state governors and local officials against pastors and churches are becoming. It is as if these leaders never bothered to so much as glance at the Constitution they swore to uphold and defend. They seem to be governing from some make-believe, dystopian viewpoint,” he wrote.
“The Germans did this very thing to Jews – collecting the names and locations of all known synagogue attendees – in the early days of the Nazi regime,” he wrote.
“Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined Nazi-like measures designed to surveil, track and spy upon what was once a FREE American people. Yet that is exactly what Kansas City’s misguided government officials are now demanding,” he said.
The new rule was also denounced by radio station owner Rich Bott, according to MetroVoiceNews.
“This is outrageous on the part of the KC municipal government officials. They are treating churches the same as businesses for COVID contact tracing purposes,” Bott said. “This is a massive overreach violating the sanctity of churches and the privacy of their attendees. This must not go unchallenged.”
Morgan Said, director of communications for Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas, said churches don’t need to share their lists automatically.
“We are not asking that churches provide a list immediately to the city,” Said said. “Churches keep the list and only if a member tests positive, and that member attended a church function, would the church provide a list to the city.”
Staver said that the time of COVID-19 restrictions has been a time of encroachment upon the liberties of Americans.
“Every day that passes during the COVID-19 panic seems to bring a new list of illegal and unconstitutional mandates issued by state and local politicians intent on ignoring their state laws, the U.S. Constitution, and the Department of Justice. Even the announcement that U.S. Attorney General William Barr will investigate and prosecute constitutional abuses has failed to stop the unbelievable overreach by these tyrannical officials,” he wrote.
“Our President, Donald Trump, is doing his level best to bring the country out of the over-hyped, media-driven COVID panic. But some congressional and state level officials (led by Democrats) seem to be doing everything they can to thwart not only a recovery, but also the very foundations of our republic!” he wrote.
