JESUS IS MY ROCK AND ROLLS MY BLUES AWAY!
Today there was an earthquake in Iran and sadly, many people were killed. Where are they spending eternity? As a native Californian, the many earthquakes I lived through did not hurt me, by God's grace. But there is a shaking going on all over the world - in the natural and in the spiritual - and if your hope is in anything other than Jesus Christ, you are in great danger. Matthew 24:3-14 says: Later, Jesus sat on the slopes of the Mount of Olives. His disciples came to him privately and asked, "When will all this take place? And will there be any sign ahead of time to signal your return and the end of the world (or the end of the age)?" Jesus told them, "Don't let anyone mislead you. For many will come in my name, saying, `I am the Messiah.' They will lead many astray. And wars will break out near and far, but don't panic. Yes, these things must come, but the end won't follow immediately. The nations and kingdoms will proclaim war against each other, and there will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. But all this will be only the beginning of the horrors to come. Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because of your allegiance to me. And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and will lead many people astray. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. But those who endure to the end will be saved. And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then, finally, the end will come. Yes, Jesus is my ROCK and ready or not, HE IS COMING BACK SOON! Are YOU ready?

JESUS IST MEIN FELS UND ROLLT MEIN LEID HINFORT!
Heute gab es im Iran ein Erdbeben und traurigerweise wurden viele Menschen getötet. Wo werden sie die Ewigkeit verbringen? Als geborene Kalifornierin haben mich die vielen Erdbeben, die ich erlebt habe durch Gottes Gnade nie verletzt. Aber da ist ein Schütteln, das überall auf der Welt stattfindet - im natürlichen und im gesitlichen - und wenn deine Hoffnung in irgendetwas anderem als Jesus Christus ist, bist du in großer Gefahr. Matthäus 24,3-14 sagt: Als er aber auf dem Ölberg saß, traten seine Jünger für sich allein zu ihm und sprachen: Sage uns, wann wird das sein, und was ist das Zeichen deiner Ankunft und der Vollendung des Zeitalters ? Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Seht zu, daß euch niemand verführe ! Denn viele werden unter meinem Namen kommen und sagen: Ich bin der Christus! Und sie werden viele verführe . Ihr werdet aber von Kriegen und Kriegsgerüchten hören. Seht zu, erschreckt nicht! Denn es muß geschehen, aber es ist noch nicht das Ende. Denn es wird sich Nation gegen Nation erheben und Königreich gegen Königreich, und es werden Hungersnöte und Erdbeben da und dort sein. Alles dies aber ist der Anfang der Wehen. Dann werden sie euch in Bedrängnis überliefern und euch töten; und ihr werdet von allen Nationen gehaßt werden um meines Namens willen. Und dann werden viele verleitet werden und werden einander überliefern und einander hassen; und viele falsche Propheten werden aufstehen und werden viele verführen ; und weil die Gesetzlosigkeit überhandnimmt, wird die Liebe der meisten erkalten; wer aber ausharrt bis ans Ende, der wird errettet werden. Und dieses Evangelium des Reiches wird gepredigt werden auf dem ganzen Erdkreis, allen Nationen zu einem Zeugnis, und dann wird das Ende kommen. Ja, Jesus ist mein FELS und egal ob bereit oder nicht, ER KOMMT BALD ZURÜCK! Bist DU bereit?
